Our staff is ready to accept you when you arrive to start your vacation from flight to arrival to your final destination.

Please arrive on time to the designated departure location.  We allow a 30-minute window from your check in time to arrive.  After 30 minutes, staff will not be on location to greet you or provide other useful information, and you will be sent your room key to your suite.

Activities:

Activity times for yoga, pottery class, Ke Kino sip & paint, Kupono pole dancing, and spa treatments are set to allow the instructors to provide, and for you to enjoy, quality time in receiving the activities.  Please arrive on time for your scheduled activity to avoid delay and to allow the staff to stay on schedule with following activities.  We allow a 10-minute window to arrive for your activity.  After 10 minutes you will have to reschedule the activity or cancel that activity.

Refunds:

Refunds are not provided unless WE, KTS Enterprises are not able to uphold our end of your stay at any of our Crowne Grand Majestic locations.  In the event real life occurs and you need to reschedule your stay, we will need a 48-hour notice and will only allow for a change of reservation once.
